1. Service Description
TraderLink AI provides a desktop agent and web dashboard for analyzing trading screens for
informational and educational purposes only. The analysis is AI-generated and should not be
considered financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
2. User Accounts
To access the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current,
and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
We offer access to our "Trade Link" feed via daily or monthly purchases. All payments are
processed through Stripe. Purchases grant access for the specified duration (24 hours for daily,
30 days for monthly) from the time of successful payment confirmation. Due to the nature of the
service and immediate access granted, all purchases are final and non-refundable. You may manage
your payment methods via the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your settings, but this does not
imply subscription auto-renewal unless explicitly stated for a future subscription model.
Current purchases are one-time for the specified duration.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the
exclusive property of TraderLink AI and its licensors.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TraderLink AI makes no
warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any
information or analysis provided. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of
loss and is not suitable for every investor. You assume full responsibility for all trading
decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TraderLink AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or
affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages,
including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or any trading
decisions made based on information from the Service.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or
participate in any unlawful acts. You may not share your account access or session IDs with
others. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the
prohibited uses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United
States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We
will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
